Gala menu Frost is a combination of traditionality and sophisticated flavors. The ingredients in the menu have been carefully selected to emphasize authentic Finnish flavors.
At the Gala menu Frost, you can also taste the honey from the bees in your yard. Our own honey production increases the yield of our garden and promotes biodiversity. Pollination of bees is one of the most important factors in food security and food production. Almost all of our menus have our honey in one form or another, such as honey-roasted vegetables, honey-marinated red onions and desserts.
For the main celebrations first choice will be Gala menu Kuura – Frost. This exclusive menus best part is beef sirloin from Niittymäki Farm, Vilppula. Main course is served with classically festive red wine sauce.
