The Farmhouse table takes guests back to a time when Puukko – a traditinal Finnish belt knife – was a common tool for work and dining. This menu is served alongside a hand forged blade, fitted in to a curly birch handle.
The farmhouse table is an intriguing entity, with the starters served along with just the Puukko, without the use of plates or other cutlery.
The main course is served from the buffet, with the menu consisting mainly of slow cooked foods.
