Gala menu Autumn Harves transports the diner through the Finnish harvest season. A varied table setting has been selected for the delicacies of the local farms and suppliers, where clean and authentic flavors can be tasted.
At Savutuvan Apaja, responsibility means, above all, knowing the origin of the food and favoring domestic, largely Central Finnish production. The meat we use at Apaja comes from farms, breeders and fishermen in central Finland. We know our contract suppliers personally and are proud to offer their products as part of the Smoke Apaja menu. Cooperation with local parties supports the livelihood of domestic agriculture and increases the vitality of the province.
This menus main course pig is produced at Pohjosaho Farm, Laukaa. Farm has produced high-quality pork already from 1988. This menu is versatile and festive entity where we have high-quality details and delicious tastes. This menus vendice comes from Central Finland, in most cases from Päijänne or Keitele. Smoked salmon is delivered from Rossin kala, Laukaa and our grav pike perh is caught from Keurusselkä.
