Booking and delivery conditions for Savutuvan Apaja services.

Business and travel

Payment
Payment on location, pre-payment or invoicing. The payment method is agreed before the event.  All invoices will be sent primarily as e-invoices. We charge 6 e for paper invoice. If the invoice needs to be divided into more than two invoices, we will charge an invoice-fee; 6e | invoice.

Interest rates according to law.

Payment methods on location: Cash and common Debit and Credit Cards (MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Debit, Credit and Electron). We do not accept cheques or coupons.

Invoicing policies
The final number of guests needs to be confirmed 7 days before the event.
Groups of 20 or less guests will be charged according to confirmed amount.

In groups of more than 20 guests, we accept a 5% drop from the confirmed amount in cases of late cancellations.

If there are more attendees than confirmed, the charge will go according to the actual number of guests.

Please note that due to different tax rates the final invoice consists of all different items separated.

We reserve the right to price changes.

Cancellation
The reservation can be cancelled within 14 or more days prior to the event with no extra charge.

If cancellation takes place 6-14 days before the event, we will charge 50% of the value of the entire event.

If cancellation takes place 0-5 days before the event, we will charge 100% of the value of the entire event.

If part of the booking will be canceled or modified 0-14 days before the event, we will charge 50% of the total value of the canceled services.

Venue
The restaurant reserves the right to book a venue that best suits the number of participants. The venue booking is valid for the number of participants informed by the subscriber. If the number of participants is es­sentially changed, the restaurant has the right to address a new venue for the event, and renegotiate the event’s details and prices.

Partner services
The client should note that Savutuvan Apaja’s partners may have their own cancellation policy for their services. The client should find out about these themselves.

A confirmed booking must always be canceled in writing, for example by email.

Upon booking confirmation, we are entitled to send a 500e booking fee. In case of cancellation, the booking fee will not be refunded. The booking fee will be refunded upon final invoice.

The reservation can be cancelled within 60 or more days prior to the event with no extra charge.

If cancellation takes place 59-30 days before the event, we will charge 25% of the value of the entire event.

If cancellation takes place 29-14 days before the event, we will charge 50% of the value of the entire event.

If cancellation takes place 13-0 days before the event, we will charge 100% of the value of the entire event.

If part of the booking will be canceled or modified 0-14 days before the event, we will charge 50% of the total value of the canceled services.

Venue

In groups of more than 20 guests, we accept a 5% drop from the confirmed amount in cases of late cancellations if the new number of guests is announced by email no later than one day before the event.

If there are more attendees than confirmed, the charge will go according to the actual number of guests.

If cancellation takes place 6-3 calendar months before the event, we will charge 25% of the value of the entire event.
In case of cancellation takes place 3-1 calendar months before the event, we will charge 50% of the total value of the entire event.
If the cancellation takes place 1-0 calendar months before the event, we will charge 100% of the total value of the entire event.

The number of persons given in the offer is taken into account in calculating the total value. If no menu selection has been made for the wedding package, the cheapest option given in the offer will be taken into account.
If part of the booking is canceled or significantly changed 3 calendar months before the event, we will charge 50% of the total value of the canceled services.

Venue
The restaurant reserves the right to book a dining room that best suits the number of participants. The room booking is valid for the number of participants informed by the subscriber. If the number of participants is es­sentially changed, the restaurant has the right to address a new dining room for the event and renegotiate the event’s details and prices.

Responsibility

All the events

Client  responsibility
The client will be responsible for all damage caused to the premises and all equipment included in the rented venue. The client takes also full responsibility for all equipment brought to the premises.
The client agrees to follow the instructions given by the staff of the location in matters concerning the usage of the house, furniture and devices. In the case of an accident, Savutuvan Apaja shall charge the customer for all repairs and cleaning costs, etc.

The client is under contract to follow the instructions given by the staff of Savutuvan Apaja considering the venues, gear and equipment. The client is responsible for following the timetable of the program. If the customer neglects this duty,  Savutuvan Apaja has the right to charge the expenses caused by the neglect.

Special arrangements
If the event requires special permits, a program, an orchestra, special decoration or exceptional technical equipment, the client undertakes to bear these costs as ordered.

Lost and found items

All the events

We keep found goods left by our guests and customers for two weeks. Please arrange a pick-up time separately with our sales service by tunnelma@savutuvanapaja.fi or +31814262022.

Unfortunately, we are unable to post found items.
