In this menu, the values of Apaja’s kitchen come to the fore. All three main dishes are from farms and suppliers in Central Finland. This authentic open fire salmon dinner is prepared and enjoyed in the courtyard of Apaja, in the embrace of Päijänne, either at Log boats or Torppa sauna area.
