Menu Fire
In this menu, the values of Apaja’s kitchen come to the fore. All three main dishes are from farms and suppliers in Central Finland. This authentic open fire salmon dinner is prepared and enjoyed in the courtyard of Apaja, in the embrace of Päijänne, either at Log boats or Torppa sauna area.
Please note that if the occasion is moved to being served inside, for example due to the weather, the content of the menu or the preparation methods may change.

Maku raikas, mineraalinen ja hieman sitruunainen, mukana yrttejä ja pyöreää kypsää hedelmää, miellyttävän täyteläinen mousse, maukas ja pitkä jälkimaku. Tässä samppanjassa hallitsee alueelle ominaiset Pinot noirin pyöreät ja täyteläiset aromit. Sopii leikkeleille, kylmille kala- ja äyriäisruuille sekä juustoille.
