Outdoor menus are available by weather from the spring days of May until the darkness of September. We always make outdoor menus under the eyes of our guests, in the heart of nature. The purpose of the menu is to make guests enjoy the togetherness and the open air with casual socializing.
Experience outdoor dining, these menus are always made in our courtyard using charcoal and real fire.
In this menu you can choose one or two main dishes to enjoy. The pork of the local Pohjaho farm is made with real fire, on a grill or charcoal, while we make salmon on an outdoor grill, with a broiler or on a grill. The beef breast of the farm of Niittymäki is finished on a grill or charcoal grill to get a crispy surface and a succulent aroma. With a larger group, the menu is enjoyed by Päijänne, on the covered terrace of Log Boats, with smaller groups in the courtyard of the Torppa saunas.

It offers a classic Prosecco profile with soft, fine bubbles, fresh fruity and floral aromas, and a light, crisp and highly drinkable palate. Versatile and well suited both as an aperitif and alongside light dishes.
DO CAVA, CATALONIA, SPAIN. Grapes: Xarel-Lo, Macabeo, Parellada. A clean, fresh, and elegant organic Cava from Catalonia. Made using the traditional method, this sparkling wine delights with its fine bubbles, pure citrus character, and a completely dry, mineral finish. A stylish and balanced choice as an aperitif or paired with light fish and vegetable dishes. Vegan-friendly.
LOIRE, FRANCE. Grape: Chenin Blanc. A refined, fresh, and well-balanced Crémant showcasing the classic sparkling wine style of the Loire Valley at its best. PIEMONTE, ITALY. Grapes: Brachetto. Residual sugar: 125 g/l. A refined dessert wine with a delicate effervescence and fruity character, showing aromas of raspberry, red forest berries, and tropical fruit.
