Gala menus Halla and Kajo are available from October to March.

The Gala Menu Halla is a diverse and festive selection, featuring high-quality details and mouth-watering flavors. The menu has been carefully crafted with local ingredients. For the main course, there are three different options from which you can choose one for the entire group. The pike-perch served as the main course is caught directly for us by a fisherman from the waters of Lake Keurusselkä. The beef fillet option is sourced from Niittymäki Farm in Vilppula, and we receive local halloum-style cheese from Juustoportti. Halla cheese is made from Finnish cow’s and goat’s milk and is flavored with mint.
The entire menu is served buffet-style.

The Gala Menu Kajo is a festive selection where the dishes are prepared with a relaxed approach, without compromising on quality and flavor. For the main course, you can choose one delicious option from three offerings for your entire group. The options in this menu are salmon from Laukaa’s Rossin Kalat, beef stew made from Niittymäki Farm’s cattle, or lightly smoked pork from Pohjosaho Farm.
