This menu is for fish lovers choice for the most festive moments. Main course pike perch is caught from Keurusselkä and it will be delivered directly to Apaja by a fisherman. Mushrooms are picked up from Central Finland forests, in most cases by our own kitchen staff. Menus main point is a selection of fishes. Cold smoked salmon comes from Rossin kalas salmon and lake fish pâtés fishes are from the local waters.
