Gala menu Kaisla offers a diverse selection of local farm delicacies, showcasing pure and authentic flavors.
We grow our own herbs and vegetables in our garden to season our dishes and drinks. During the summer and early autumn, we incorporate our own harvest into our menus. Our garden produces peas, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and strawberries. Apples, rhubarb, and spruce tips are available year-round in the form of syrups and through freezing and preserving. Additionally, we have suppliers who gather cranberries, lingonberries, blueberries, cloudberries, and mushrooms from nearby forests. These are used to make juices, mulled wine, and various preserves such as marmalades. Occasionally, our own staff also collects berries and spruce tips.
Gala menu Kaisla is a festive collection where dishes are prepared with a relaxed approach, without compromising on quality and taste. For the main course, you can choose one of three delicious options for your whole group.
The options for this menu include salmon from Rossin Kala in Laukaa, beef stew made from Niittymäki Farm’s beef, or lightly smoked pork from Pohjosaho Farm.
