Our garden provides the freshest produce—ripe peas, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, and more—bringing vibrant flavors to both your plate and glass. Throughout the summer and early autumn, these homegrown treasures define our unique menus, ensuring a dining experience that captures the essence of Finnish nature.

Gala menu Niitty

Gala menu Niitty is a diverse and festive selection featuring high-quality details. Carefully chosen local ingredients are the cornerstone of this menu. For the main course, you have three options to choose from for your whole group.

The pike-perch, served as one of the main courses, is freshly caught for us by a fisherman from the waters of Lake Keurusselkä. The beef option comes from Niittymäki Farm in Vilppula, and the local halloum-style cheese is sourced from Juustoportti. Halla cheese, made from Finnish cow’s and goat’s milk and flavored with mint, is another highlight.

The entire menu is served buffet-style.

Gala menu Kaisla

Gala menu Kaisla is a festive collection where dishes are prepared with a relaxed approach, without compromising on quality and taste. For the main course, you can choose one of three delicious options for your whole group.

The options for this menu include salmon from Rossin Kala in Laukaa, beef stew made from Niittymäki Farm’s beef, or lightly smoked pork from Pohjosaho Farm.
