The 2024 Christmas menu is a carefully curated experience that highlights the unique and high-quality ingredients from our local farms. Our feast begins with a lavish and visually stunning grazing table, guiding our guests on a delightful culinary journey. For the main course, we serve wild venison from Kivijärvi and beef from Niittymäki, complemented by the fresh tartness of lingonberries from nearby forests. This menu presents a modern twist on traditional holiday dining, as you won’t find the usual casseroles or ham here. Instead, it offers a contemporary interpretation of classic Christmas flavors.
