In Apaja's own garden, we cultivate herbs and vegetables that impart a unique flavor to our meals and drinks. During the autumn, we make extensive use of our garden's bounty. We carefully preserve apples, rhubarb, and spruce tips so that we can enjoy these northern treasures even during the cold winter months.

Experience an unforgettable dinner crafted from local produce and served in Apaja's atmospheric setting in Jyväskylä. Come and savor the delights of autumn and midwinter, whose flavors will transport you to the heart of Finnish nature.

The Korsi Menu and the Huurre Menu are available from September to May. Please note that the contents of our menus may vary based on the availability of ingredients and the season.

Menu Korsi

Menu Korsi is served in the main building’s dining room, where robust flavors and refined pairings come together perfectly. The appetizers are served to the table for sharing, and your chosen main course is served from a buffet table. The meat for the main course comes directly from local farms, ensuring freshness and quality.

Please note that Menu Vilja is available for groups of up to 35 people. For larger groups, please request a quote.

Menu Huurre is served in the main building’s dining room, where you can enjoy the best flavors of winter. This delicious menu is entirely served from a buffet, offering a diverse and abundant selection of seasonal ingredients.
