Outdoor menus are available by weather from the spring days of May until the darkness of September. We always make outdoor menus under the eyes of our guests, in the heart of nature. The purpose of the menu is to make guests enjoy the togetherness and the open air with casual socializing.
Experience outdoor dining, these menus are always made in our courtyard using charcoal and real fire.
In this menu you can choose one or two main dishes to enjoy. The pork of the local Pohjaho farm is made with real fire, on a grill or charcoal, while we make salmon on an outdoor grill, with a broiler or on a grill. The beef breast of the farm of Niittymäki is finished on a grill or charcoal grill to get a crispy surface and a succulent aroma. With a larger group, the menu is enjoyed by Päijänne, on the covered terrace of Log Boats, with smaller groups in the courtyard of the Torppa saunas.
