This menu is for fish lovers. Main course pike perch is caught from Keurusselkä and it will be delivered directly to Apaja by a fisherman. Menus main point is a selection of fishes. Salt gravlax is made from Rossin kalas salmon and lake fish pâtés fishes are from the local waters.
